My weekly PT training with Thea has helped to support my physical and mental health equally. Living with Neurofibromatisis, a Nuero-genetic condition, and hyper mobility meant that I struggle with one-size fits all routines or classes. Thea adjusts the sessions taking all of this into account. It is one hour a week when I am able to focus on my well being.
